Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Xaygo Labs ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use timer.xaygo.com (the "Service"). We are committed to transparency about the minimal data involved in running this free tool.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII). The Service does not require registration, login, or any form of account creation.
Local storage: We store a single value in your browser's localStorage โ your theme preference (dark or light mode). This data never leaves your device.
2. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Service in aggregate. GA4 may collect:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
- Approximate geographic region (country/city level, derived from IP address)
- Referral source (how you arrived at the site)
This data is anonymized and aggregated. We do not use GA4 to identify individual users. Google's data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. IP anonymization is enabled by default in GA4.
3. Advertising
The Service currently displays no advertisements. Ad slots exist in the codebase but are hidden (display:none). Should advertising be enabled in the future (e.g., via Google AdSense), this policy will be updated and a cookie consent mechanism will be added where required by applicable law.
4. Cookies
GA4 sets first-party cookies to differentiate sessions and measure user interactions. No third-party tracking cookies are set by the Service itself. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.
5. Third-party services
The Service is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process request metadata (IP addresses, access logs) for infrastructure and security purposes under their own privacy policy.
6. Children's privacy
The Service is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
